    むき出しのシャーシから、手作業で形を作り、塗装し、BBQとシェフ・プラシタのロゴを貼って完成。A new body on a bare chassis, shaped by hand, painted, and finished with the BBQ and Chef Prasita logos.

    シリーズ3＆4 二台は兄弟Series 3 & 4 · Two sibling trucks

    シリーズ3とシリーズ4は兄弟のトラック。並んでいた古い二台が、それぞれ別の姿に生まれ変わりました。シリーズ3は「เพชร」、シリーズ4は「พลอย」と呼ばれています。Series 3 and Series 4 are siblings. Two old trucks that once stood side by side were each reborn in their own way. Series 3 is “เพชร” (Phet) and Series 4 is “พลอย” (Phloy).

    錆びて傷んだ状態から、鮮やかなオレンジのフードトラックへ。シリーズ4とは兄弟のトラックです。Found rusted and battered, rebuilt into a bright orange food truck. Sibling of the fourth truck.

    シリーズ3の兄弟。錆びた古い車体に鉄骨のフレームを組み上げ、クリーム色のトラックに生まれ変わりました。Series 3's sibling. An old rusted cab, built up with a steel frame, reborn as a cream-colored truck.

    日産のバンをレッカーで運び込み、フードトラックに作り替えた一台。完成して間もなく、買い手が見つかりました。A Nissan van, brought in on a tow truck and rebuilt into a food truck. Soon after it was finished, it found a buyer.

    錆びた日産のバンが、白とオレンジの「BBQ」トラックに生まれ変わりました。夜は電球が灯り、ルーフにはキャリア。A rusted Nissan van reborn as a white-and-orange BBQ truck. At night the bulbs glow, with a rack on the roof.

    七台目「プー・トーン」The seventh truck: Pu Thong

    1976年式のマツダ・プロシード。古びたピックアップを、くすんだ緑からターコイズへ。一から塗り直し、荷台を作り込みました。A 1976 Mazda Proceed. A weathered pickup brought back from faded green to turquoise, repainted from scratch and given a custom bed.

    八台目「ザ・サンドイッチ・ホアヒン」The eighth truck: The Sandwich HuaHin

    1960〜65年式のシボレー・ステップバン。錆びた青いボディを骨組みから溶接し直し、クリーム色のサンドイッチ・トラックに。夜は灯りがともり、街のイベントにも出店。今はカオタオ店で営業しています。A 1960–65 Chevrolet step van. Its rusted blue body was rebuilt from the frame up and finished in cream as a sandwich truck. It lit up night markets and events, and now serves at the Khao Tao branch.

    牛肉麺の最初の店。茅葺きの東屋が並ぶ庭で、フードトラックと一緒に営業していました。2022年に閉店。The first beef noodle shop, a garden of thatched huts with the food trucks alongside. Closed in 2022.

    King Arther Pizzaの石窯ブースと、BBQポークリブのブースを構えたマーケット出店。Our stalls at Cicada Market: a King Arther Pizza stand with a tiled wood-fired oven, and a BBQ pork ribs stand.

    ザ・BBQ・ホアヒン カオタオ店The BBQ Hua Hin, Khao Tao

    バーンカオタオの新しい大型セブン-イレブンの前、ベストウェスタン プラス カラペスィア ホアヒンの駐車場の隣。ピザもサンドイッチもリブも、夜の営業で。In front of the new large 7-Eleven in Ban Khao Tao, next to the Best Western Plus Carapace Hua Hin car park. Pizza, sandwiches and ribs, open in the evening.

    ホアヒン市内、ソイ・ホアヒン102の角にある店。サンドイッチ、BBQ、チキンライスを一つの軒先で。A shop on the corner of Soi Hua Hin 102, in town: sandwiches, BBQ and chicken rice under one roof.

    海の見えるバー・スペースの一角に出していた店。ピザ、リブ、バーガーを、夜の海辺で。Our stand in a seaside drinking space at Pak Nam Pran, with pizza, ribs and burgers by the sea at night.

    じっくり煮込んだ牛肉麺の店の2号店で、現在営業中。カオタキアブに2026年8月25日に完成しました。ピザの石窯とBBQのブースも同じ敷地に並びます。The second shop of our slow-braised beef noodles, open now. Completed in Khao Takiab on 25 August 2026, with the pizza oven and BBQ stand on the same grounds.

    看板メニューSignature dishes

    炭火のBBQリブに加えて、ハンバーガー、プルドポークのサンドイッチ、ピザ、スパゲッティ、シーバスのフライ。メニューブックと壁のメニューも。Besides the charcoal BBQ ribs: burgers, pulled-pork sandwiches, pizza, spaghetti and fried sea bass, with the menu book and the menus on the wall.
